I didn’t like the bullnose shape of the door opening edges on the cabin top, so I set out to remedy that. Globbed on a helping of West Systems microlight filler. Looks rough here, but had to mix it thick to prevent it from sagging. It sands easy.
I think the edges look a lot cleaner. The plastic on all the openings was my attempt at preventing the sanding dust, or as much as I could anyway, from geting in the fuselage interior.
I also fixed up the lower fore and aft areas around the fuselage opening.
