Started the outboard leading edges this weekend. After fluting and deburring the ribs and creating the j-stiffeners, I made the cradles used to hold them while building.
The ribs were a tight fit inside the skins. This seems to be the case with all leading edges in the kit. A little tip is to slightly bend the front-most tabs on the rib flanges (the ones with no holes) a little past 90 degrees. This keeps them from binding as you are moving the ribs into position.
